UKC Best Puppy In Show
AKC-CH UKC-GRCH Zelicaon Shooting Star
"Astro"
Astro's UKC show career began on May 5, 2007 when he was entered
in the Non-licensed Novice Puppy Class. He was awarded BIS Puppy over 10
other puppies by Judge Tina Augustine. He earned his UKC Champion title in
4 shows and then went on to earn his UKC Grand Champion title on February 16,
2008 by winning the Champion Class in all 5 of the shows he was entered.
(In 3 of the 5 shows he went on to win BOB including one Group 2 win!)
UKC Show Wins:
May 5, 2007 - Astro's very
first Show! (4 months old)
Awarded Best Puppy In Show from the
Non-Licensed Novice Puppy Class.

July 7, 2007 - Awarded back to
back competitive wins towards his UKC Champion title in his first weekend from
the Licensed Puppy Class!
July 8, 2007 - Awarded BOB for
his 3rd competitive win!
New UKC Champion!

July 15, 2007 - Awarded WD,
BOW, and Best of Breed from the classes over Grand Champions! In
addition, Judge Beean awarded Astro a Group 2 in a large Companion Group!

August 18, 2007 - Awarded
Champion of Champions, BOB and a Group 2 by Judge Marsha Shively. This is
Astro's first Grand Champion leg!
August 18, 2007 - In Show 2,
Judge Karen Weber awarded Astro Champion of Champions, BOB, and another Group 2!
Now Astro has 2 legs towards his UKC Grand Champion title - only 3 more to go!
October 21, 2007 - In Show 1,
Judge Arvil Black saw Astro's potential and awarded him Champion of Champions
over 3 others in the class. This is #3! Now only 2 more to go!
December 14, 2007 - Judge
Marian Campbell awarded Astro Champion of Champions and BOB! He now has 4
of the 5 required Grand Legs!
February 16, 2008 - Judge
Danny Bussard awards Astro Champion of Champions! Astro is now: "UKC
Grand Champion Zelicaon Shooting Star"!
